How to file a discrimination complaint
Federal regulations require complaints to be filed within 180 days of the incident. However, you can contact the University’s Equal Opportunity & Title IX (EOT) office at any time.

What is Title VI?
This is a federal law from the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It guarantees that no person is excluded from, or denied the benefits of, any program that receives federal funding because of their race, color or national origin.
Accessibility and disability accommodations
All campus buses are free and accessible. The Disability Resource Center is available to ensure your accessibility needs are met.
University Transit makes reasonable modifications to policies and programs to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to enjoy all its programs, services, and activities. The ADA does not require the University to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services or impose an undue financial or administrative burden.
Language Assistance Plan
We take steps to ensure people who speak English as a second language can easily use our services. We evaluate our language needs based on how often we interact with non-English speakers and the resources available.
