Washington Avenue Bridge Nightly Closures
The Washington Avenue Bridge will be closed to vehicle traffic in both directions overnight to accommodate ongoing construction. Specific dates and times are:
- Sunday, October 4 at 10 p.m. to Monday, October 5 at 5 a.m.
- Monday, October 5 at 10 p.m. to Tuesday, October 6 at 5 a.m.
- Tuesday, October 6 at 10 p.m. to Wednesday, October 7 at 5 a.m.
- Wednesday, October 7 at 10 p.m. to Thursday, October 8 at 5 a.m.
The 121 — Campus Connector and 122 — University Avenue Circulator will detour beginning at 9:30 p.m. each night.
121 — Campus Connector
Route will not serve Bruininks Hall, Blegen Hall and Coffman Memorial Union. The 121 will detour from Jones-Eddy Circle onto University Avenue and resume its regular route at Oak and University. For service to the West Bank Campus, please transfer to the 122 — University Avenue Circulator route at Jones-Eddy Circle or Oak and Washington.
122 — University Avenue Circulator
Route will not serve Harvard Street, Northop Mall or Willey Hall. A detour stop will be available at Fraser-Appleby Hall. The 122 will detour from Frontier Hall to Fraser-Appleby Hall via East River Parkway. It will turn on Arlington Street and proceed northbound on Pleasant Street to access the West Bank Campus via Fourth Street and I-35W. The 122 will return to its regular route at Middlebrook Hall.

Campus Express Fall 2026 Route Changes
The 126 — Campus Express has been redesigned based on rider feedback. The new route prioritizes express service between the St. Paul Student Center (SPSC) and Jones-Eddy Circle on Pleasant St.
The new route stops:
- Jones-Eddy Circle
- Cleveland and Como - Northbound
- Saint Paul Student Center
- Cleveland and Como - Southbound
- (Return) Jones-Eddy Circle
Buses will run in 10-minute intervals. The first departure from SPSC is at 7:10 a.m., with the final arrival to SPSC at 4:50 p.m.
